Cafe Adiamo - Melbourne CBD 29/8/10

Crunchy coating and devoid of ham. Chips were unsalted and boring. Cheese and Napoli topping lacked any discernible flavour. The fillet itself seemed to have been taken out from under the heat lamp 5 minutes before serving, had some cheese slapped on top and then placed under the griller for a few minutes too many.

Fillet 1
Cheese 1
Napoli 1
Ham 0
Chips 1
Bonus 0

Total 4/12
($17.50)

  1. I'm not sure a dedicated Ham score is required, I mean ham in a parma can't be stuffed up too much. It's a rather binary score, it's either there or not.

Perhaps a score for service, this can have a decided impact on parma enjoyment. Some would say more so than ham.

Also, happy to do a star cameo if you need a review of the tradies "parma" (very loose use of the term).

  2. I had been through that thought process, however I then decided that a Parma really is the sum of it's parts, and each of those parts are just as important and must be judged equally.

    Basically a 2 = Great, 1 = Bare minimum, 0 = WTF.

0.5s will be allocated according to my mood.
